The Ribbon Cutting was well attended by the loyal guests of Emerald Island, numerous members of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and City of Henderson officials. Speakers included Scott Muelrath, President/CEO of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, a representative of U. S. The expansion doubles in size the existing restaurant by 1,000 square feet accommodating 120 guests. In addition to enlarging the seating area, the Grille received an all new kitchen. The grille is open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Emerald Island Casino is located in Downtown Henderson, Nevada and is Nevada’s only all penny casino.
