The Emerald Island Grille – Meeting and Exceeding Expectations

Most people have a pretty entrenched set of expectations for a 24/7 casino grille. The food needs to taste good, the service needs to be warm and welcoming and the portions need to be generous.  We are committed to meeting and exceeding those expectations!

New guests visiting the Emerald Island Grille for the first time are often surprised by the variety of our menu items and specials.

For breakfast, we have everyone’s favorite go-to meals such as eggs served your way with a choice of breakfast meats, build your own omelets, and corned beef hash as well as waffles, French toast and pancakes.  But we take it a step further with our weekday and brunch specials!  Want to try something a little different for breakfast?  How about our Swiss Eggs, Joe’s special or Filet Mignon Eggs Benedict? Our Swiss eggs are scrambled with cream cheese, green onions with just the right touch of Sherry.  Joe’s Special is a hearty scramble of eggs, ground beef, onions and spinach. One of our most popular Sunday Brunch specials is our Filet Mignon (which is French for “tender filet” or “dainty filet”) Eggs Benedict.  This great twist on the standard eggs Benedict starts with crisp English muffins topped with poached eggs, two generous medallions of beef tenderloin and is finished with a tarragon hollandaise sauce. For a really hearty breakfast try our one pound ham steak meal which we offer for $5.00 on the graveyard special (including beverage and tax) or our Feast Breakfast. The Feast is a breakfast lovers delight.  Can’t decide what you want for breakfast?  How about just about everything!?!  The Feast includes two eggs cooked your way, bacon, sausage (links or patties), and ham plus a biscuit and gravy, hash browns or home fries and your choice of pancakes or French toast.

For lunch and dinner the Emerald Island Grille offers great American comfort food specials such as meatloaf, pot roast and chicken pot pie as well as our regular menu items such as juicy hamburgers, steaks and fresh Deli sandwiches.

Of course at the Emerald Island Casino we also feature our days of the week specials. Come in and enjoy Monday night Italian night, BBQ from our ole’ hickory championship smoker on Wednesdays, the Real Meal Deal on Friday nights (featuring a mouth watering filet mignon and lobster tail accompanied by soup or salad, a jumbo shrimp cocktail, your choice of potato, sautéed vegetables and dessert all for only $19.99) Steakhouse  Saturdays, and Prime Rib on Sunday nights.

Some of our guests’ favorites include, Ciopinno (a hearty fish and shellfish stew served in a tomato wine sauce),  Grilled Colorado Lamb Chops Madeira, and Maryland Crab Cakes.
