Every Day is a Customer Appreciation Party at Emerald Island Casino! But several times a year we really put out all the stops! And now…It is Pig Out time again! If you know the Emerald Island Casino, you know that all of our parties are done to excess, never any skimping on our part!!!
We have been hosting our guests at this great event for the last seven years and each year we surpass ourselves. This year is going to be no different!
Do you like succulent, whole smoked pig? Does fresh, moist, tender pork hand-carved as you watch sound tantalizing? Well, make sure you save the date! On Saturday, October 19th, we will be serving not one, not three, but FIVE whole slow roasted pigs! What is better than FIVE roasted pigs? How about stuffing them with succulent slow smoked pork butt! That’s right, we are set to serve up over 625 pounds of hand carved pork! The delicately seasoned pork is great on its own, but even better in a fresh, soft roll for an amazing taste sensation!
If pork is not your thing, how about an appetizer, or two, or a thousand!?! Yep, we are on track to treat our guests to thousands assorted appetizers and miniature treats starting at noon.
Even when your savory pork spot is filled, the dessert spot always has room for more! As is our tradition, we will be serving moist white and chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting paired with Irish Coffee.
