THE EMERALD ISLAND REWARDS CARD IS THE PROPERTY OF EMERALD ISLAND CASINO.  THE CARD HOLDER AGREES TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE CARD IS ISSUED.  ANY PERSON WHO APPLIES FOR MEMBERSHIP MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND SHOW PROPER IDENTIFICATION TO OBTAIN THE CARD AND MUST PRESENT SUCH I.D. ANYTIME IT IS REQUESTED THEREAFTER WHEN USING THE CARD.  ANY AND ALL PRIVILEGES MAY BE CANCELLED, REVOKED OR MODIFIED AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE.  EMERALD ISLAND CASINO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ARCHIVE OR DELETE ANY ACCOUNT THAT HAS NOT HAD ANY ACTIVITY (ACTIVITY IS DEFINED AS PLAY ON YOUR EMERALD REWARDS CARD WITH A MINIMUM OF 100 BASE POINTS EARNED ON THE CARD), FOR 90 DAYS OR MORE.  EMERALD ISLAND CASINO FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXPIRE ANY UNUSED POINTS OLDER THAN 60 DAYS.  ARCHIVED OR PURGED ACCOUNTS AND EXPIRED POINTS CANNOT BE RETRIEVED OR REINSTATED.  ANY CURRENT BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH AN ARCHIVED OR PURGED ACCOUNT WILL ALSO BE FORFEITED

THE EMERALD ISLAND REWARDS CENTER CARD AND ANY BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CARD APPLY TO THE MEMBER ONLY.  POINTS, COMPS AND BENEFITS EARNED BY THE CARDHOLDER ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.  MISUSE, ABUSE, MISREPRESENTATION OF PERSON OR ANY OTHER USE OF THE CARD IN VIOLATION OF STATE, FEDERAL OR LOCAL LAWS OR THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF EMERALD ISLAND CASINO WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT SUSPENSION OF THE ACCOUNT AND ALL LOSS OF PRIVILEGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCOUNT.

Slot Players

Should the consumer not play for a set amount of time, to be determined by the casino, forfeiture of all points will occur and account information will be archived.
